Valle das Corujas has selected for itself an extra virgin olive oil , in a 750ml can. We chose a can, because it reminds us of the olive oil of the past, but it also protects the oil from light. The nozzle of the can is highly dosing, allowing you to control your drizzle of olive oil. Store in a dry place away from heat. As it is a natural product, it may present cloudiness and some deposits. Our olive groves are traditional, located in Mascarenhas, a village with a centuries-old tradition in the art of making olive oil, municipality of Mirandela; they are made up of centenary trees in rainfed culture, respecting the identity of olive oil from Trás-os-Montes, Portugal .

FUNKY RED 2021 Philosophy: To express the purity of the grapes through irreverent winemaking techniques. Origin: Grapes from old vines, over 60 years old, from the Baixo Corgo in the Douro. Caste: Field Blend, where Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz predominate. Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20Kg boxes. Reception with destemming and partial crushing, completing with whole bunches, followed by cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to obtain an elegant and smooth wine, without too much extraction. Internship: Stainless steel and bottle. Bottling Date: March 2023. Tasting Note: Open ruby color. Dazzling aroma, notorious nuances of red plum and wild fruits where the freshness of the fruit seduces. On the palate, balance prevails, combining the flavor of the fruit with a crunchy acidity. Guyot Red

GUYOT RED 2020 Philosophy: To express the richness of a unique terroir in an elegant and complex wine. Origin: Grapes from a single plot, aged more than 100 years, in schist soils and at an altitude of 450m. Caste: Old vines in Guyot, Field Blend with a predominance of traditional Douro grape varieties. Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming. Fermentation conducted indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, so as to obtain a slow fermentation with high extraction. Internship: 500 liter French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottling Date: March 2023. Tasting Note: Translucent bright ruby colour, with the year of harvest not allowing too much colour to be extracted. Aroma of forest fruits, blackcurrant and black plum, wrapped in a vanilla-led set. Notes of freshness, reminiscent of mint and pine, which appear in the second instance after decanter sanding. GUYOT WHITE 2020 Philosophy: To express the richness of a unique terroir in an elegant and subtle wine. Origin: Grapes from very old vines, over 90 years old, in sandy soils of granitic origin and at altitudes above 500m. Caste: Field Blend, with more than 20 grape varieties present, where Códega and Rabigato predominate. Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by cold maceration for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC. Partial fermentation in 500 litre French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC. Internship: 500 liter French oak barrels for 12 months + 12 months in bottle. Bottling Date: April 2023. Tasting Note: Straw yellow colour with a crystalline appearance, aroma of ripe fruit with tropical nuances wrapped in light barrel toast that gives harmony and complexity. GUYOT MOSCATEL GALEGO WHITE 2021 Philosophy: Show all the versatility of the grape variety, best known for its fortified wines. Origin: Two distinct vineyards, one located on the Favaios plateau with schist soil at an altitude of 600m, the other from a 30-year-old vineyard plot, located in the north of the Cima Corgo region in a schist/granite transition zone, at an altitude of 550m with predominant exposure to the south. Caste: White Galician Muscatel. Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20Kg boxes. Reception without destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decantation for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC. Bottling Date: October 2022. They are about 5 km away from the Atlantic Ocean, with two soils of different origin, one in pebbles rolled along the south bank of the river and the other slightly to the south in a hillside vineyard of schist-clayey origin, something rare, but precious. Grape Varieties: Loureiro. Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decanting for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on the fine lees for 5 months.
