DYNAMITE ROSÉ 2021
Philosophy: To express the authenticity and purity of the Bairrada terroir, through artisanal methods of sparkling wine.
Origin: The vineyards are located in the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
Grape varieties: 100% Baga.
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in bottle according to the classic method.
Bottling Date: May 2022, disgorgement after 16 months.
Ageing: 24 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Light salmon color. Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and blackcurrant in evidence. On the palate, the bubble is fine and smooth, with fresh and delicate flavors in a creamy and persistent finish.
